Parking Decal Request Application
Please be Advised
Any vehicle parked on the Central Connecticut Statue University campus must have a parking decal visible in the rear windshield, driver side, lower corner. Motorcycles do not need to display the decal but it must be on the vehicle to be produced if requested.
To submit a request for a Parking Decal you will need to know the vehicle's make (Ford, Nissan etc.), body type (2 door, pickup etc.), color, state the vehicle is registered in and its license plate number.

If you need a parking decal immediately do not use this application. Instead go to the Card Office in Willard-DiLoreto Hall, Room D-125. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hours you can go to the Campus Police Department.
